1) "I HYDRATE CONSTANTLY"
Drink lots of water but not all at once, the secret is to drink consistently throughout the day.
2) "I PROTECT MYSELF FROM THE SUN"
Before going for a run, put on +50 sunscreen. In addition to protecting the skin from UV rays, it helps prevent possible appearance of skin spots. For those with very fair skin, it is recommended to put sunscreen on the legs and arms as well.
3) "I AVOID THE HOTTEST HOURS"
Choose a more alternative workout instead of putting your body in difficulty when temperatures are too high.
