VESSEL SAVIOLINA

In 1926 was born one of the many symbols of Riccione, we are talking
of the "Saviolina".

It is a boat born for fishing, was launched for the first time in 1928, off the coast of Gabicce,
with the name "Nino Bixio".


In 1958, however, the vessel was bought by Severo Saviol who transformed it into a pleasure boat for guests
of the Hotel Savioli Spiaggia, its property.


For tourist needs, in 1959 Saviolina suffered considerable
and important changes.


In 1994, the boat was sold to the Club Nautico di Riccione for
allow it, in 1995, to become a symbol of Riccione and
of the marineria riccionese.


In 2019 Saviolina participated in the Barcolana of Trieste and has
got several awards.
