SIMONA VENTURA
Simona Ventura was born in Bentivoglio on 1 April 1965 and when she was very young she moved with her family to Chivasso, in Piedmont.
She attended the former Higher Institute of Physical Education in Turin where she graduated in 1992.
She has a younger sister named Sara, radio host.
Simona is a TV presenter, showgirl and actress. His first appearances on television date back to the mid-eighties, as a competitor in some famous TV quizzes and games.
She officially made her debut in 1988 as a valley in the quiz of Rai 1 Domani Sposi and then moved several times from Rai, to Mediaset up to Sky.
Her success led her to conduct the 2004 Sanremo Festival, becoming the third female presenter in history after Raffaella Carrà and Loretta Goggi.
She has also been a judge of several musical talent shows: X Factor (which she herself brought to Italy on Rai 2), Notti sul Ghiaccio, Amici di Maria De Filippi and the Castrcaro Festival in 2019.
