FOLLYA - THE ITALIAN BAND
We can imagine that our dear readers will remember 'Dear Jack', the first group to be admitted in the history of the talent show in 2013, the year in which they won the Critics' Prize.
The road to a certain success seemed close, especially for the catchiness of their songs, but this was not the case.
After participating in the Sanremo Festival in 2015, the band broke up and the leader of the band, Alessio Bernabei decided to pursue a career by investing in a solo role.
Even this experience did not go as he would have expected and so they decided to reconsider and reunite, albeit with a different line-up than the original one.
The components of Follya are four. In addition to Alessio Bernabei, the group's 29-year-old vocalist, the band also includes Riccardo Ruiu, Alessandro Presti and Francesco Pierozzi.
Their first single, 'Morto per te', was recently released, presented by the band as a pop rock ballad with international black influences.
The song tells the story of a toxic love that results in a strong emotional dependency, which will lead the hypothetical couple to an inevitable break-up.
