FERRARI IN YELLOW, TRIBUTE TO THEIR ORIGINS AND MONZA
The Scuderia Ferrari is preparing to take to the track in Monza with a special dress, to underline the centenary of the racetrack: the livery of the F1-75 and the suits and helmets of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz will be in yellow for celebrate the origins of the house through one of the fundamental colors of Ferrari. Since the birth of the Scuderia in 1929 - and then with the founding of the car manufacturer 75 years ago - Ferrari has in yellow, chosen by Enzo Ferrari between the two colors of the Modena emblem, one of the distinctive elements of its brand, like the Cavallino Rampante and the tricolor band at the top.
On the single-seater, only for this race, several touches of yellow appear on the front wing, at the height of the halo, on the bonnet and on the rear wing, where there will also be the logo with the famous long f-hole in yellow on black . The same will apply to the uniforms of the pilots. Yellow has always been part of the Maranello's DNA alongside red, the Ferrari color par excellence. Touches of yellow will also be visible in the paddock: on the hospitality motorhome and on the walls of the garage, where it will be possible to scroll through the history of color and with it that of the company.
To further celebrate 100 years of the history of the Monza racetrack, the Scuderia has thought of dedicated content on its social channels as a tribute to the track on which it won its first race in 1933, when it was still fielding Alfa Romeos, and then collected over forty statements, the latest with Charles Leclerc in 2019.
