The lake falls on the municipalities of Bagno di Romagna on the Romagna Apennines at a height of 557 meters above sea level and represents a small corner of paradise with a strong tourist and environmental impact with various leisure opportunities. 

The dam of Ridracoli offers not only "land" recreation: spring and summer are in fact the right seasons to get on the electric boat with a guided tour on board, or take a canoe ride or practice sport fishing.

Going on a trip to the Ridracoli Dam also includes a visit to the Idro Ecomuseum, the ideal would be to visit it before visiting the lake to better understand what is around you.
