To bring to victory, Sandra and her son Luca, was the typical Romagna piadina revisited and embellished with a note of pink lemon, stuffed with raw ham, squacquerone and caramelized figs, called "La Bonci" and the pizza with speck, salame di morra , onion and barbecue sauce, renamed “La Porcata”.
